Not Much New

So, there's really been nothing too new in the ROTC lately. I had to give an "advocacy" briefing yesterday and I managed to get through it alright. We also had Lead Lab today and that was pretty normal and not terribly fun. PT has been the same although when we get there the activity is usually games, Cody Peterson and I usually just end up doing our own work out and run around and stuff. Playing volley ball or ultimate frisbee isn't that great. Dining out is in a few weeks, I have to DJ the dance afterwards so I'm looking forward to that. The next week after that is Orlando for Hurricon and I'm super excited for that.

So this semester I have been trying to get a incentive ride in an F-16 and I've been getting jerked around trying to get it done without bugging some one to death. It's not working. Finally last week we got some good news that we were good to go for this past Tuesday. Well we were all ready to go and we called Monday just to make sure we were good to go. We got bumped off the flights because of some Air Force Academy cadets were comming up and they got priority. I called the scheduling guy and got a run around that it was my fault for not getting scheduled properly. I called him today to check to see if I could go next week and things sounded good and he said he would call me back within an hour. It's now several hours later and he never got back to me. I'm going to call tomorrow and get an answer and a ride and I don't care who I have to make mad.
